Live today
Stripe handles every payment on the platform, so card details never touch Apsis's own servers. CSV exportgives you an accountant-ready file of your invoices, expenses and payments any time you need to hand your records to someone else or move them elsewhere.
On the roadmap
Automatic earnings import from Uber, DoorDash and Airtasker, and receipt OCR for faster expense capture, are in development. None of these are live yet - this section will move to "Live today" once they ship, not before.
Common questions
Does Apsis integrate with accounting software like Xero or MYOB?
Not as a live sync today. Apsis exports your invoices, expenses and payments as accountant-ready CSV files at any time, so you or your accountant can bring the numbers into whatever else you use.
Is my payment information secure with Apsis?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe - card details never touch Apsis's own servers.
Does Apsis connect to Uber, DoorDash or Airtasker for earnings?
Not yet - automatic earnings import from Uber, DoorDash and Airtasker, plus receipt OCR for expenses, are on the roadmap and in development. They're not live today, so treat this as a direction, not a current feature.
Can I get my data out of Apsis if I switch tools?
Yes, any time - invoices, expenses and payments export as CSV. Your records are yours; nothing is locked in a format only Apsis can read.
