- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings - changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
- What happens if I hit the Free plan limits?
- The Free plan covers 5 clients and 20 invoices a month. Once you reach either limit you'll be prompted to upgrade to Plus before adding more. Nothing you've already created is affected.
- What is AI chat, and which plan includes it?
- AI chat answers questions about your own business in plain English - who still owes you money, what you spent on fuel last financial year, how much GST you've collected this quarter - by reading your own clients, invoices, expenses and tax figures. It's read-only: it can look up your records but can never change a document, a figure or a status. It's included on Plus, with a monthly AI usage limit that resets at the start of each month.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan needs no card at all - you only enter payment details if and when you upgrade to Plus.
- Is my payment information secure?
- Your Plus subscription is paid through Stripe. Apsis never sees or stores your card details.
